Paul Shambroom (1956–)
Shambroom explores American power and culture. He has received fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation and the Creative Capital Foundation.

Paper stock
The photographs are printed on 170gsm coated paper, whilst the minutes of each meeting, 40,000 words, are printed on bible paper at the back of the book.
